Return Policy
At SunCore Systems, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Return Window: Return & refund applications must be filed within 30 days from delivery.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before shipping.
Defective/Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We will provide a replacement or refund. In most cases, a prepaid return label will be provided.
Non-Defective Returns (Remorse Returns): Accepted on a conditional basis. Buyers must cover return shipping. Restocking fees may apply (0–20%, depending on supplier).
Transit Issues: If tracking shows no movement for 7–10 business days, we will refund or reship. If an order is destroyed in transit, we will refund or reship with valid proof.
Delivered but Not Received: If carrier confirms delivery to the wrong address, we will refund or reship. If delivered to the correct address with proof of delivery, refunds may be denied.
Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 3 business days after return confirmation or approval.
