SunCore Systems Return Policy

At SunCore Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, weโ€™re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Opened software, downloadable digital products, and gift cards.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5โ€“10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
